Integrating OVS Offload and P4

We investigate various ways to offload OVS dataplane. In particular we plan to focus on packet classification, traffic mirror and sample traffic mirror offload. For that, we are interested in an intelligent NIC that can be reprogrammed. We think that Netronome NIC’s ability to host a P4 program can help developing and investigating this offloaded functionality.
