High Performance Network Layer Anonymous Communication

We want to evaluate the SmartNIC network Cards for high throughput, low latency anonymous communication at the network layer. We want to evaluate to which extends part of the processing of the underlying anonymization protocols can be offloaded to the SmartNIC.
