λ−NIC: Interactive Serverless Compute on SmartNICs
Stanford University
λ−NIC is an open-source framework for running interactive serverless workloads on emerging programmable network interface cards, achieving up to 880x and 736x improvements in workload response latency and throughput respectively, while significantly reducing host CPU and memory usage at a low cost.
